NOTICE -   Due to the Federal Shutdown the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) authorization expired at 11:50 PM on September 30, 2025.
This means No new NFIP policies can be issued: This includes new NFIP flood insurance policies for loan closings on federally backed mortgages. No increases in NFIP coverage limits will be allowed. No NFIP renewal or expiration notices will be issued during the lapse. Renewal notices issued prior to the lapse can still be paid within the 29-day grace period and will be renewed. Existing policies in-force will remain active, and claims will continue to be processed and paid. 
Existing Flood renewal policies are set to be pended due to the hiatus. Policy dates will be retained but no billings are going out. 
We can still offer Private Flood Insurance if the home or business qualifies. 
        Button up your homes for winter now.. check your smoke detectors and CO detectors!
